Hi Karen,

I see we had a similar idea this week. Our pets can certainly claim their space. I love the look on her face you have captured.

Best wishes,

Steve S.

Thanks, Steve!

She hates being photographed and usually leaves. Such a dilemma. She hates to relinquish my chair even more.

Well, you can always switch to dogs. They generally have a much more relaxed nature.

I like the pic but it's a bit too dark for my taste.

Happy shooting,
Yakim.

I made adjustments to separate the fur from the chair. It's a dark chair and tuxedo cat. It can't be especially light and airy.

My wife would like to make adjustments to separate the fur from the dog. Permanently, that is....

Happy shooting,
Yakim.

Well, Karen, it certainly is a great cat photo! Such disdain. I love it!

All the best,

Endre

Boss cat is in the house and chair.

I must add that I really enjoy the edge your verbiage adds to various posts.

Too bad the chair is the same color as the cat. A nice capture.

Thanks, Dan!

Chad, really, the same color? On my monitor the browns in her fur separate it nicely from the chair upholstery. Perhaps it's time to re-calibrate my monitor.

Actually it's my monitor--or more specifically my computer's color overlay settings. After a re-calibrate I see the difference. My bad!
