This is an annual event near the end of October, celebrating a Hispanic (may be Mexican only) tradition of honoring the dead.

At the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, various altars are decorated and many don make up. It's more of a festival now so there are numerous souvenir stands, food courts, and entertainment and less cultural.

The LAShooters decided to go out for a shootout.

The silhouette through the veil is reminiscent of Alfred Hitchcock!
