Not sure if this is the right section for these, but thought I'd post them for the FM community.

I took some shots at a house show in Santa Cruz, CA. I just got an off camera flash cord, and thought I'd give it a try. It was completely dark in the room. I mean, pitch black, so these are all somewhat guessed shots. I was standing on a couch while the mayhem of the moshpit was going on below me, shoving people off of me with my leg. Needless to say, it was fun.

Equipment:
17-40 F4L
5D
430EX flash
Adorama off camera flash cord.

Anyone have any recommendations for pitch black concert photography?

I imagine that he was stomping someone, or walking on things, trying to stay above the pit!
