Follow this thread for more info. Apologies for the terrible job at creating the vase though (could find a good target for me, so just created the vase; lol). Enveloped the vase with the texture that I created and did some displacement mapping to help with the outer edges of the vase.

I admire your dwellings in the world of creativity. I don't care much about this creation, but the technique is awesome.
