I use Atlex. Not sure if best, but pretty good prices and fast shipping.

Atlex usually has the best prices I have found, and it is next day ground for me in SoCal ( they are in central CA).

usually I got cartridges from B&H or Newegg. For 3800, I am also checking on InkRepublic.com for the new 3800 refill system.

looks very promising and easy to use.

Another vendor which is worth a look. Reasonable shipping and fairly quick.

They do carry all cartridges for the 3800. Slightly lower prices. Been ordering from them for the last two years.

inkjetart.com is another reliable source i have been using. the only downside is you have to enter email address in order to receive a better price when you click on add to cart.

For 3800, I will be using inkrepublic 3800 i-refill system soon and i will let you guys know the result.

Atlex, and if you are near Seattle they have a distribution point in Tukwila which makes for about a two day turnaround.

I just used Atlex, shipped to the Boston area. Paid for regular shipping. Inks arrived the next business day. Paper I ordered at the same time, included in the shipping cost, has yet to arrive.

Oster, wow.. sounds great. If I buy 8 cartridges together at the same time, do I get volume discount? also do you guys carry refillable cartridge from InkRepublic? like this
http://www.inkrepublic.com/knowledgebase/3800-iRefill-faq.asp
or bulk ink bottles that have more than 80ml? I will start getting more projects in few weeks and would like to get my gear ready... Ive been thinking of saving on the earth by reinking myself, so I really prefer refillable cartridges.

Sorry it took so long - finally I have an answer for you: no, we do not sell the refillable cartridges, and we don't offer a better price when selling the complete set as we are normally priced as competitively as any other supplier. However, we will price match any other reputable retailer.
