Oh this is a familiar sight. My company laid off 10% of its workforce last December. Though I was fortunate to be in the remaining 90%, there was a real sense of survivor guilt as we saw some long-time friends go.

We have had friends go in groups, we are down 30% or more.

I see too many of these around our offices...whole floors empty! Hope it ends soon. I too know how the survivor's guilt feels. We're down over 25! Too many good friends and colleagues...gone.

I feel the pain john, and as the boss mentioned this morning we are not feeling very stimulated.
