This factory was producing chairs just a month ago. An amazingly fast change to a little area of our city. Comments and critiques are much appreciated.

A grim sight nicely captured, Steve. The overall tone and overcast sky adds to the mood.

What a sad story. The demolition is so final; there's no way they can return to work here when the recession ends. The B&W treatment works well.

Cheers,
Rich

Hi Rich,

Thanks for the kind words. It is a sad story. We have lost a lot of manufacturing jobs. I am glad you like the B & W.

Best wishes,

Steve S.

You're right Steve....too many factories have met this fate. Gone forever...
As others have said, I like the B+W as well. Sets the mood.

Hi John,

Thanks for the kind words about the shot. It really is hard to see these factories close.

Best wishes,

Steve S.

Hi,

I don't know where the jobs are going if anywhere. They might just be producing less. Thanks for taking the time to comment.

Best wishes,

Steve S.
