It is my first bridal show. I think I got the set up and products portion down. I am only struggling with how to present the studio to the brides since this is all new to me. I know it has to be in a form of a brochure but I am not quite sure how to go about it.

1) Those with bridal shows experience, do you present the prices or resource for couples to contact you after the show?
2) What content is needed for the brochure? I don't want paragraphs of what make us different and why they should book us...I think it will be a waste of space. I think it is better to sell them in person but I could be wrong.
3) Physically, how should the brochure be presented? 8.5x11, tri fold greeting cards or something else? I personally do not like flimsy collateral so I think something with thicker stock?
4) I know I can't possibly fit everything into one brochure so please help me with the basic essential.
5) any other tips and tricks about bridal show you can help me would be greatly appreciate.

I do not know if the show will produce results but I think the reason why I decided on it is because I think it could be fun. However, I do understand that it is a show and I know I have to impress. Thanks in advance for those helping.

Some links that may be of interest. Yvette had a follow up post with great photos of their booth, but I didn't come across it with a quick search.

Basically, don't worry about putting all your info out there. Decide what message you want to get across. Brides are overwhelmed by info at shows, so keep things somewhat simple. A tri-fold brochure with lots in it probably isn't going to garner a lot of attention. Have your contact info easy to find and read.

Also to add to this - we utilized Bellagrafica to quickly assemble a 'brochure' for our upcoming bridal show and they did a fantastic job. The coordination in the beginning was a little rough but once we got the design hashed out we've loved it. Just got all 500 of them in yesterday and they look amazing.

The content of it just features images from weddings and has a blurb about us. It doesn't mention package pricing but we will have something seperate for that. This is just something to get into the bride/groom's hands that they can take with them and/or pass along.
