Hi, I'm looking to get a 24" printer and am leaning towards the Canon iPF6100 (although the Z3200 is also in the running).

The specs say the printer needs 67 cm (26") depth. Is this actually required or only needed if feeding paper from the rear? I'd like to stick it up against a wall.

Thanks for advice - as well as any general comments on how people are finding the 6100, particularly for black and white work.

Best,

Dave M

I have mine up against a wall. No problem. The printer itself IS 26" deep(I'd have to measure it to be exact). But the stand it comes with is on rollers if you need to move it around some.
