Hello, I am looking for a job as a second shooter for wedding photography in the Toronto, ON and surrounding area. I have done few weddings as a first shooter and few as second shooter. I am very professional, creative and have excellent knowledge of digital photography and equipment. I also have great knowledge of editing photos using Light room 2 and CS4. My website is www.creativeeyephotography.ca and will be updating it within few days and I am available ASAP.

Thanks in advance

The link in your link doesn't work, so you're off the a bad start!

I concur! My first priority in hiring Seconds is their ability to successfully hyperlink!

Maybe he's updating his site. Give him a chance.

Why can't we all just learn to get along....and the names of our websites?!

As a prospective employer, would not knowing the name/URL of your own website be a positive (too concerned about his craft to worry about little details like that) or a negative (might forget that the bride is the one in the white dress)?

I finally got to his web site (after getting the name right). I stole one of his pictures. Do you really want to see the rest?

repeat after me: FM is not a yard sale/brothel

hang around, build relationships, and the networking will surely pay off by way of seconding gigs.

but if you're just looking to pimp yourself out, please go to http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/

What's with the rudeness? Completely unnecessary.

Not necessary at all. The OP seems honest and sincere - qualities I admire.

No need to pile on. Sunny is a beginner and a newbie to FM. He appears to be sincere.

Was that really necessary? Childish at best.

Hi Sunny!

Welcome to FM. There are many talented Toronto area photographers on this website. I agree with ksmahgrts though that it's best to just build relationships and share ideas through FM and leave the hiring/second shooting stuff to private PM? On another note, and I am trying to be helpful, I would find it very unprofessional to not be able to link to your own website properly.

Perhaps share some more of your images before asking for more work?

Cheers.
Spencer
