Thanks ,Jude. Cropped quite a bit. The light seems to stay harsh right up to sunset
if the sky is clear.

Yes the light is very harsh this time of year in Kansas, on a clear day that is.
I added some fill and lightened the shadows, I have no plans for this shot other than this post.
