I just came across this deal on Amazon.com. May be of use to someone here. There is a $400 rebate on combined purchase of Canon Pixma Pro9000MkII printer and the Canon T1i camera through amazon.com (no 3rd party sellers).

Current costs:
Printer: $457
Camera body: $779
Camera with 18-55 IS kit lens: $799

So, for ~$856 after rebate you would get the Ti1, the IS kit lens and a high quality printer. Or, after some reselling ($300 for printer, $100 for kit lens) you end up with the body only for under $500.

Update - found the mail in rebate, you have to search for the printer as it does not show up on the Canon T1i Amazon page. Thanks for pointing this out. Good through September 30th. Here is the coupon link

You have to search for the Pixma Pro9000Mkii. The rebate info is listed there. Somehow it is not listed on the camera pages.

There are links to the camera on that page as well. Make sure to select Amazon as your seller or the rebate is not valid. It is currently on backorder through Amazon (they went fast once the rebate was announced). Rebate is valid through September so there is plenty of time.
