Lovely atmosphere and it makes a very nice abstract, too! Well done!

All the best,

Thanks Steven, Eric and Endre.
While working within the travel industry in Alaska, I was fortunate to be able to take several trips up the Inside Passage. I hated to leave the outside deck for any reason- even for sleeping. The scenery was magnificent the whole 1,000 miles, there was always the possibility of seeing whales, orcas, eagles and sea lions, and the air was fresh. Really fresh.
And the ports of call (Prince Rupert, Ketchikan, Juneau, Sitka and Skagway, plus Glacier Bay), well, each was exciting and unique.

Wonderful capture of layers of light and shadow, Charlie. The one in color is wonderful too.

Simple and clean.
Really effective shot you got here, Charlie.

And bonus - if you get tired of it, you can flip it upsidedown and....well...

Beautiful, Charlie. I would print that large and find a nice wall for it I have traveled the IP from Prince Rupert, BC to Juneau, and you are right...there is always something incredible to photograph. Great light!
