Incredible Tony, these are wonderful. A bird we all want and you got the perfect images. Great light, perfect exposures and awesome details. Among your very best and that’s really saying something.

Excellent Tony. Love the first with two birds in the same positions. The third with the protection (eyelid) closed in front of the eye. About 5-10% of all my Kingfisher shots are like that

Outstanding set Tony,

each shot a beauty - but # 1 takes top honors due to eye contact.

Excellent light; great shots. About how far were these and could you share the lens used? Shot from a blind??

Like them all; love the first one.

Thanks for sharing Tony.

Amazing - #3 is Fav due to not being the normal 'posed' shot

Great set! # 3 is my favorite.Great job in retaining detail in the white part of the inside feathers(not always easy to do) and great color as well.

All i can say is wow! These are amazing. Number 5 stands out for me. I don't know how you do it - I've yet to get close to a kingfisher.
