I really like the reflection. Of course, cropping is always a personal preference, but I think this shot would be better if it was cropped from the top to the bottom of the mountain range.

I like the cloud reflections in the water.
Seems a bit flat. Maybe try a curves or contrast boost?

I don`t think cropping to eliminate the blank sky is the answer here though it does sometimes work effectively. I would try to get texture (clouds) into the sky even if it meant cloning from the water. Just my opinion but personally I like a dramatic sky to add to the composition. Overall its a nice shot and thats my only nit about it. Take care. Bob

I prefer the bit of sky. I would like to see some curves also. The midtones could use some more darktones. Looks like the view from the old Navajo Bridge.
