Had a minor outbreak of queen black flying ants the other evening. one ended up as food for this web spider.

very nice. But I would like it more if the food was also in the focus field

Wonderful shot, great focus/detail as usual.

Great shots and stack Brian. How many shots were used to keep both the spider and ant in focus?

Thanks for looking and commenting Kenny and Trung

Trung - not a lot happened after this- the spider is actually feeding on the ant in the shot.
