OK... all at the same time because I've committed to buying a D3x, a 24-70, and a 200-400, so everything else has got to go. I'll post pics ASAP and detailed descriptions of each item ASAP, and I'll start figuring out reasonable market prices as well. Here's the list of items, details below at the end of this post:

Still available:

  1. One (1) Kingston 8GB 266x CF card....................($50)
  2. B+W 62mm Multi-Coated UV-Haze Filter..............($35)

Sold:
  1. Nikon D300 + MB-D10 + 17-55/2.8......................................(Sold for $2,050)
  2. Nikon AF-S 60mm Micro.......................................................(Sold for $440)
  3. B+W 77mm Multi-Coated UV-Haze Filter..............................(Sold for $40)
  4. Thom Hogan Guide to D300.................................................(Sold for $35)

Conditions: All items shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground, fully insured for new replacement value. Three-day satisfaction guarantee, full refund issued for any items returned once I've received the item back in as-good-or-better condition. Any legal form of payment accepted, will ship to any place on Earth. Additional shipping/insurance/customs costs at buyer's expense, of course. PM only, please! Too much other email makes it too hard to keep track, and using PM allows me to always be sure that I know which message came in first.

Please add 2% for PayPal payments made with a credit or debit card (I'll cover the other 1%). All other payment mechanisms are included in price.

Nikon D300 camera

In the box: Original receipt from Competitive Camera in Dallas (11/24/2007, $1,840). Includes original receipt. Includes original box and all accessories except the original neck strap, which I lost when I upgraded to an UP! Strap. Only charger has been used: manuals and cables are still unopened.

Extras: Upgraded UP! Strap neckstrap, cleaning cloth, one extra EN-EL3e battery.

Condition: Excellent condition, bordering on mint. There may be a scuff or mark on it somewhere, but in my first quick inspection right now I cannot see any. LCD protector has always been on the camera. Actuations: 25K to 30K, I'm trying to check. Both batteries are mid-2008 purchases, I alternate them strictly, and both batteries indicate perfect health on the D300's meter.

By the way Rodolfo- just FYI if you utilize the refund function all fees are credited back so if a seller does a full refund of the original amount the buyer will receive the original amount back.

You are entirely correct, of course. And in theory, I knew that... in theory.

Yes: when I sell something, the buyer is entitled to a full refund of the purchase price including the PayPal fees, outbound shipping, and product cost. Only thing the buyer ends up having paid for out-of-pocket if he/she returns an item is the return shipping, which seems fair to me. Refund is issued within 48 hours of my having received the returned item in as-good-or-better condition.

To those who've sent PM's or posted:

I'm working to provide prices right now... will have news ASAP. I always honor first-come-first-serve, and I trust people to follow through on their promises so someone who commits to a purchase gets the product held for them while they process payment. No reason to be concerned; if you asked for something, it's reserved as yours until we know for sure that you are, or are not, making the purchase. So don't sweat.

All filters will be priced at 2/3 of B&H pricing for new ones, plus $10 for shipping, and will be guaranteed to be squeaky-clean impeccable with zero marks or imperfections unless otherwise specifically noted.

Rodolfo, would you sell just the neck strap?

Hi, Varome!

Sorry, not in this case. The simplest reason is that I don't have the original strap any longer, and wouldn't like to deliver a camera without a neck strap to someone. But also, the upgraded strap (worth about $40) plus the extra battery (worth about $30) are both part of the reason why I'm offering my camera for sale at an average price, when it has an above-average number of shutter actuations on it. The 30K clicks reduce its value, but the strap, battery, and condition of it compensate for that.

If only I wasn't in the process of selling my own D300/17-55 combination. I wouldn't even have to leave the area to pick this up .
