Anyone know if the Nikon TC14EII is weather sealed, or any of the other TC's? Thanks in advance! |

I think it is, because I used the TC-17EII with the D3 and 70-200 VR in pouring rain, and both lens, and tele worked just fine, and still do. Its made of the same sturdy material as the 70-200 VR in my mind. |

I don't know. But I also used my TC-17EII in pouring rain. With the AFS 300 f/4 and D1H. All parts still functioning |

That's my impression of the extender as well unfortunately- I'm wondering why it's not, since all the lenses that would be used with it are? oh well! |

There's no rubber ring as on the weather sealed lenses, so no weather sealing on the TC's. |
