So, which .com do you turn to when you need an answer to a photographic question? Thought it might be interesting to see which sites provide the most help to this forums participants. Sites are listed no particular order.

Here or LL.
LL more for location questions, here more for tech.

I voted for DPReview because I find myself over there a lot doing the "side by side" comparisons of various cameras. I love that database feature.
I do post more here than there. I don't use the Forums over there often as the language/replies get somewhat offensive at times.

Of course it's meaningless. Most polls are worthless.

Yea, but we should get the names of the KR worshipers and ban them...

Ken Rockwell's site has an answer to a photographic question? I thought he only created controversies.

Not trying to push biz elsewhere, but birdphotographers.net has amazing content and great support forums. It may be called birdphotographers.net, but there is a lot of landscape content as well, and the techniques for field work and post processing can easily be transferred to any specialty. It is probably the best resource online. My 2 cents.

You forgot to add photography-on-the.net which has the best lighting equipment forum I know of.

What is the best forum for commercial photography such as food and product? I would like to post food pictures and get some feedback on how to improve background to object lighting.

Please share your insight!

Be careful, if you speak badly about KR, his followers might make personal attacks on your mother!

He certainly can bring out the worse in some people.

I like Flickr's communities. Very responsive and usually very informative.

Flickr is a mixed bag. Some pro's and knowledgeable amateurs will use the site as a vehicle to get get exposure; but, there are far more uninformed P&S people clanging around there.
