QFlash TTL and PW TTL?

I have a QFlash 4D that I am thinking about incorporating into my Canon TTL.
One option is to upgrade to 5D and use the light sensing option along with my STE2 or 580EX as master.

Another option is to use the Dw23 TTL adaptor that fits in the camera hotshoe and attach it to the PW TTL5 with another TTL5 on the camera.

Wondering if this would work -- has anyone tried it?

Anyone have the right pieces to give it a try?

I've tried it. The new PW will trigger the flash, but not with TTL. PW have said this is something they may support in the future.

Thanks.

Not sure why the TTL wouldn't work. It seems to me that the TTL signaling conversion from electrical to RF and back should be transparent to the flash units.

It may be a little complicated by the double reverse engineering that is going on.
