A fascinating street scene of a city about which I have no knowledge.
IMO I'd like to see it posted bigger- say at 800.
Also, the colors seem over-done. Too much saturation? Or was it intentional?

Yes, I "over cooked" with PS on previous version that I prepared for digital painting. The updated version is now less saturation, I just added 25 with warm filter to reflect the early glory morning.

Very nice. I like the warm tone of the photo and I'd also would love to see it in bigger size - I'm sure the scene is much more beautiful in bigger resolution.

Do you have some more photos of that city? I've heard it's fascinating city with a lot of nifty things to see and photograph.
