Dabbled in macro wildlife, found it wasn't for me since I came to realize I didn't like spending a beautiful day chasing around horseflies. But since there's been a call for variety on the N+W board, here are a few and perhaps the last of my bug phase (I know, there's a macro board and at some point this stuff becomes macros but I've seen bugs here too so hopefully you'all will forgive me just this one time )

Wing,
Fine macro shots. I like the DOF and contrast in #4 the Fly.

One thing about giving a go at macro, sure gives you a lot of respect for those good at it! There are some interesing little and tiny things to see, bugs can be fascinating too. The fly is a very good shot as I see it

All great shots but the fly is a real standout.

You've just made my skin crawl Wing.

I guess I'll go with # 1 - as I refuse to go with # 4 - - I'm a horse owner after all...

Thanks Lil. Would be something if your stable horses could fly.
