I like it. The dark tones of the bridge contrast nicely with the lighter, hazy tones of the background.

if you can't have a cloudy sky, haze/fog is nice for atmosphere . . .
I like the way you composed the scene - the low angel of the bridge leads nicely to the hill side.

Thanks, everyone, still not happy with this one, can't really put my finger on it. What can be done to improve this one?

Hey Steve, I'll give you my impression

Anyways, I love the mistiness and the toning you did in this shot. It does give that "dreamy" look... and you achieve it very well.

However, the shot is not perfectly symmetrical, with the little bridge being a little leaning on the left. And I feel that the background is a little busy if the attention is on the bridge.

My 2 cents

Steven, I like this one. It has an "old school" look that I admire a lot!

You ask what could be done to improve it, and it's hard to come up with anything. I do kind of wonder if darkening the hills so that the bridge and plants to the sides of the bridge are framed a bit more, if that would give it more of a focus point. Just a thought, and don't know if it would work or not. That said, I still like this shot a lot.
