I finally went to the annual airshow that we have here in rochester and finally got around to editing the pics. Thanks to everyone who gave me helpful tips and advice on how to approach taking pics. I had a blast. Here are the pics, all taken with my nikon D200 and 300mm f/4 AFS lens handheld.

First some acrobatics from the snowbirds

Great shots with a great camera. Not the newest one around, but it sure delivers in the right hands

Love the A-10, too, especially with the full set of jaws on it. Nice set with the Snowbirds too. Our airshow is a couple weeks away, but it will probably be the hottest weekend of the year, again, as it always is for it.

Great shots! Can't wait for the Seafair airshow here in Seattle. I would really like a tight shot of an A-10. Definitely on my all-time list of favorite planes.
