Do you get calls about your website and Google Adwords to put your site number one on Google? I hate this. SEO companies want to sign me up so that they can buy Google Adwords and tweak my sites. I am number one in Google Rankings but I would have to pay a fortune for the privilege? It is not possible to be number one on Google anyway. That kind of makes Google stink up the place when you realize that most all of the search engine results that you see on Google are all paid ads.

Sorry, that is incorrect. The only ones that are ads are the top three at the top (with the colored background) of the page and down the right side of the page.

Everything else is non-paid, natural results.

I'm not really following what you're saying ...

Google uses links for its search engine (unlike any other which all use keywords -- making it easier to skew the results). If your site has lots of links leading to it, than you're number 1. That's all there is to it.

The only ads on Google are #1 (as Drew said) on the top with colored backgrounds (and labeled as ads) or #2 (as Drew said) down the right side (and labeled as ads)
