Glad SOMETHING has been done, but one has to ask:

1: Why did it take so long for the AG's office to bloody do something?

2: $765,000 in total fines for 40 stores, after years of constant ripoffs? That sounds like a pinprick-sized slap on the wrist. Someone got paid off.

3: Is there some new law enacted that will stop new stores from popping up (likely owned by the same scumbags) that will just do the same thing? The article didn't mention this. It could just be a publicity stunt, like when Rudi got the mob to leave the Seaport district. Yeah, great, so they just relocated across town. Big deal.
