I did a family shoot this weekend in Yosemite, which is only 1.5 hrs from my home.
All I can say is way too many people in the park !! I hate Yosemite in the summer !!!!!!!!! I go often, but never in the summer, mostly winter and bad weather days ( less people ) but I got paid to shoot a cool family, shoved my way through the crowds, I got photographed by the tourist thousands of times, although on a nice note it was only in the 80's and at my house it was a cool 105 deg. So after the shoot we went off on our own to a meadow down from Glacier Piont to look for bears and cubs, but only to find deer instead, people say we missed the bears by a couple hours.

Thanks for listing to my rant

Very nice Heath. I like 1 and 4 the best. Last one is a yosemite classic.

I really like the first four. Very well done processing. The last one just looks too contrasty and dark to me, as beautiful as the sky surely is.

Nice shots Heath - that last one is exposed beautifully and reminds me of standing in that very spot in June of 94, albeit with not nearly as nice weather.

Nice set Heath,

I've not ever gone & so want to. But I also want to go back to Sequoia.

People or not - no ranting permitted when being paid.

I like # 1 thought the deer's a bit centered.

# 2 - I so wish there was more room on the left side & less on the right in the frame.

And the last one - - just awe inspiring.

Spectacular looking place to visit. Glad you found some enjoyment in your visit on your shoot. Images are very pleasing, the pastel pinks and mauves nicely break up the normally dominant greens and add depth to these great shots Heath, you had a nice way of seeing these shots and I really like them.
