I am looking to get a lcd monitor that I can hook up to my lap top so that I can do some editing on it. I don't want to spend a ton of money because I already have a nice LG monitor for editing on my desktop which I usually use. Nothing to huge either because I have to use a usb to dvi adapter to get full digital and the adapter only will recognize resolution sizes of about a 22 in monitor.

Those DELLs are great monitors.

Small and low resolution, but the image quality is great.

Same here, I got two Dell's 24 inch and more than happy with both.

Likewise, I have the older 20" version and am very pleased with it. If this new one has half the sharpness and color reproduction you'll be quite pleased with it...especially at that price.

another +1 for the 2209WA. Really very very nice E-IPS monitor for dirt cheap.
