Fantastic shot! I love the angled crop and the wild DOF. Great work! Is that you in the photo?

All the best,

Endre

Really nice take on the theme. I agree with Endre totally on the crop and DOF both are excellent. Terrific entry.

I really like this entry...very creative! Looks like you had to go through a mess of flowers to get the answer you wanted Good luck!

Hehe, thank you. I really wanted this DOF, and it was quite tricky to get: I had to strech my arms quite a lot, without making it too visible.... hence the angle... and yes, it is me on the picture...

The mess started last evening, when I had to actually fetch them from the park, after a super heavy rain, just because the florist didn't get any :-( but yes, had to go through a lot of them :-)
Glad you like it!

While it's not technically perfect as other shots, the drama and the emotion portrayed here easily overcome any minor technical flaws and are second to none. What can I say? You got my vote.

Happy shooting,
Yakim.

Thank you very much Yakim: it means a lot to me! The level of this week assesment is very high, and I am pleased to raise some interest!
