We used to have a 85L - Show your images thread.

I can't find it....Anyone know where it is?

If not, can we start a new one?

Why don't we just start a new one. Can never have enough 85L threads.

Hmm, you have that lens, too. Why don't you post your image(s) here, as well

IMHO some of these could stand a bit more DOF. But overall, nice stuff, and keep 'em coming!

"...and it doesn't cook a great dinner, nor is it a steaming hot partner in bed!"

but that's not what you buy it for (i assume ). for €1898 i expect it to be largely free of the drawbacks of lenses that cost 1/5th the price, and (apologies in advance) sharper than (most of) the aboveposted images show it to be.

Don't knock it until you've tried it!

I was forced to sell my 85L II last month, so I don't have any pictures you people haven't already seen.
