i've been with zenfolio since 06 never had any problems (touch wood) and its reassuring to know that those who have had problems got it resolved asap. |

Agree, usually get an email within a very short time trying to help me resolve the problem. Very satisfied with their support. Also very few problems, generally bandwidth issues unrelated to them. |
