As I am awaiting 1:30 to roll around when I can go pick up my adapter from the post office, I was looking forward to tring out the adapter. yes It has the weakness that the EF lens can only be shot wide open, but that was okay. But this morning I remembered a 2nd weakness and that is with some older EF lens you can not focus unless there is power from the camera. I forgot about this, so it will limit its use with these. Darn I was looking forward to the 200 1.8 and 50 1.0 on the Pany. Oh well I'll just have to preset to Inifinity in advance or carry along an EOS body just to set distance. |

if you are carrying around an eos body to set focus, wouldnt it make sense to just shoot using the eos body? |

I have a Rayqual m4/3 adapter and am "watching" the EOS/G1 adapter from jinfinance on eBay. I'm currently waiting to learn more about the new Olympus, I guess. |

I got my eos lens mount to m4/3 adapter to stack other adapters I already own. |

I'm kind, of interested in one. Mostly as an option to allow me to mount converted lenses. |

I have bought one. Just because it makes sense to be able to use my Contax, Leica, Olympus and Nikon lenses on the projected Pen EP1 I will buy shortly after release. Makes much more sense than buying Pen F lenses or Leica M lenses and adapting them... |

Good to know eos made glass fits it. I didn't want to force mine. Did you try closing the lugs down with pliers? You could reopen them with a screw driver. |

Yes I do Diane. If you think the 45 is big and unweilding you should see how the 17 really dwarfs the 45. |

Found today two other minor issues with the adapter. The release button digs into the weather sealing, does not damage it but does dig into it. 2nd there is a little free play on the Panasonic side of the adapter. I noticed this when I went to focus and the adapter moved just a tiny amount. |
