It's not PCB bashing - the AB Max that were announced were a computer-generated image, that's all. What people were upset about was that the Einstein, which has been heavily promoted by Paul Buff himself for over a year, is still not in production and features keep getting taken out in the meantime. The difference is that PCB have not yet delivered on the Einstein promise, so why should people believe they will on the AB Max? |

I've heard from my dealer that it's due to durability testing. The design has been changed since Photokina and every bit and piece of their equipment is tested extensively. Some materials of suppliers were not found adequate enough and that caused some delays. |

I just receieved an email from the Swedish distributer AIFO saying that they have just received their first Quadra which will be their demo. |
