Quick question guys. I see you have PWs synced and still using a 580. Can you fire the the 580 while triggering the strobe on the light stick?

Yes, hook the PW or RP or ebay trigger or Skyport etc. to the PC socket of the camera body. It's just velcroed to the flash for convenience.

I love the behind the scenes photos... looks like you guys really do have fun together. They had me giggling here at my desk. Thanks so much for that.

jeez... you guys rock my socks.. i'm almost afraid to comment because I know Ed is going to pile on with some of his own goodness and I'm going to have to write another post.

Sam... my faves are... 1,3,11 and 12...

Tony... my faves are 2,4, 13 and 15

Winner for sexiest shot I've ever seen is Tony's number #15... not because of the brief glimpse of leg and garter, but because of her expression... WOW, she is having fun.

If I had to pick two all stars of of the bunch... it would be:

Tony's #5.. How is it possible that you managed to out montage Sam? Amazing processing/ color/ WB.. and the series of expressions is phenomenal.

&

Tony's #13... Again.. Beating Sam at his own game... look at that flare? good lord.

Great series guys! Terrific job as usual! Quick question, what is your off camera lighting setup on the stand?

You guys know how awesome you are so my comments are directed to the technical side. All three of you are sporting PW's. Do you each have your own off-camera light or are you all firing the same lights? I see Ed shooting one-handed with a light stick in the other hand. I honestly don't know how you can do this but you do it quite well.

Congrats to the three of you for an outstanding set!

Jim,
We set up a few lights on different channels so each of us could just tap into whichever light we wanted for the specific shot. Ed's lightstick is like a 3rd arm though.

Gotcha. That's a pretty cool idea. I might have to steal that one!

One more question for Sam. What brand /model of camera straps do you use? I have a Rapid R strap but I'm looking for a "system" that works better for carrying extra lenses on me. I have a thinktank belt but it interferes with the R strap.

Ed, how do I grow a third arm? Eat more Wheaties?

Sam/Ed/Tony: What type of mic system do you use to communicate with each other throughout the day? I'd love to get something like that.

Tony... what are you guys using for power for all those lights? The Canon external packs?
