My finances are way worse off than I though. I have been unable to get a job so I need to sell a bunch of stuff to help get us by. I may even have to sell the D3 I just got....which would leave me without a camera. All the gear listed has been well taken care of since I have had it, even in the short time it's been in my possession. I am selling these items for less than I paid because I really don't want to haggle on the price...I need to get these things sold. Here they are.

1. D300 with only 5,323 clicks. It comes with 3 EN-EL3e batteries, original box, all accessories including the LCD cover. The only thing missing is the NX trial cd. It appears that this is not a Nikon USA camera as there is no sticker in the battery compartment. I was told by the buyer it was a USA model but I never bothered to look (I know...I am kicking myself in the head now!!!) Price is $900 shipped/pp'd in the CONUS. Mint condition. ++++SOLD SOLD SOLD++++

2. Nikon 85mm 1.8D with box and accessories....mint. There are few wear marks on the rubber ring but that's it. Glass is clean and it comes with front and rear caps. Price is $300 shipped/pp'd in the CONUS. ++++SOLD SOLD SOLD++++

3. Tokina 300 2.8 ATX Pro lens with leather carrying case, hood with padded cover, original box and a filter on the lens that I can't get off, but I think it's supposed to be there. This lens is sharp. I bought it on January 11th from Creative Edge here on the forum. Link: http://www.fredmiranda.com/forum/topic/726832/0?keyword=Tokina#6579727. There is some dust between the filter and the front element but it in no way affects any pictures. It's sharp and if you want sample pictures please PM or e-mail me. Price is $900 shipped/pp'd in the CONUS. Shipping on this one will either be Fedex or UPS. Bonus......I will throw in the Kenko Pro 300DG 1.4x TC for free. See my sample shots on page2, don't let this deal pass you by!!! Also included are a B+W 4x ND filter and a 6x ND filter. Both are drop-in style filters. ++++SOLD SOLD SOLD++++

4. Nikon 80-200 2.8 with Nikon HB-7 hood. The lens comes with a generic front cap, Nikon rear cap, leather carrying case and the body has a few wear marks on it but nothing major. The glass has few specs of dust but they do not affect image quality at all. I can probably dig up some images if necessary. Price is $500 shipped/pp'd in the CONUS. ++++++SOLD SOLD SOLD++++

All pictures are below.

Edit: just added an RRS BH-55 with clampand level for $225 shipped/pp'd.
++++SOLD SOLD SOLD++++

Everything has been sold! Thanks for helping me out....I greatly appreciate all those who responded with kind words. I still have my LNIB D3 and my 50 1.4 Ai-S lens and my 105 2.5 Ai-S lens.

I am so sorry to hear about your situation. This is becoming an all too familiar story on many of the forums I frequent. I hope the situation for you improves quickly.

It is just me, or does anyone else feel a bit guilty purchasing equipment from someone who is financially strapped because of a job loss or health issues/costs? On the one hand, purchasing the equipment might help that person out. On the other hand (as in this case), sometimes the prices are a bit lower than we are used to seeing.

Somewhat sadly, PM sent.

Thanks to all.....this sucks! Update...the 80-200 has been sold to chaddoyon. The Tokina 300 is a sweet lens and I hate to sell it but I CANNOT keep it. It's sharp....even with a Kenko 1.4x tc on it.

Scott,
I'm very sorry to here of your situation. The D300 is a USA camera. I purchased it at J&R, they do not sell grey market. Please don't sell this camera for less than it is worth because you mistakenly think it is grey. It is defineately not. All the best!

Good luck on your search for a job.

Folks--don't take advantage of the low price of the D300. Tempting I know, but it's worth more and you know it. Offer more

Hang in there, Scott!

Thanks guys. I am holding on to my D3 and 2 Ai-S lenses for the moment. This is no fun but I can't avoid it. By the way, the D300 and RRS are sold pending funds. The Tokina is for sale still! I will post sample images once I get all of this sorted out. Tomorrow I will be selling my AB's as well.

Sorry to hear, my company has had to cut a few people too.

Is the 85 a US lens and come with the hood?
