I'm looking to buy a quality film scanner. The least I would like is a Nikon Coolscan V. However, I may eventually just buy one of those Nikon Coolscan IV available on ebay (I would like something newer, but I'm on a budget). |

I would recommend that you have the seller provide a current/recent scan to indicate that there are no problems with the hardware. |
