Don't know if anyone that posts here covered this game, but since I didn't see anything I figured I'd share a few of the pictures I took. Been quite lazy enjoying myself in Florida and shooting basketball lately - just got around to editing these today. For the record...the conditions at Dolphin Stadium weren't the best. Their internet connection was horrible and the security on the field didn't do the best job when it came to people walking in front of the photographers (or at least me?). Otherwise fun deal. Obviously covering the game from the VT side of things:

And some that could have been better had I been closer / someone not run in front of me. The shot of the crucial interception had the ref in focus 9 frames out of 10. 10th frame everything out of focus

It's a shame the Fed Ex truck was there. But, as I think about it, is it still the "Fed Ex" Orange Bowl? I think you could play around in PS and really create something unique with that pic.

I can't tell how heavily cropped or processed number 2 is, obviously the guy in between the two of you obviously kills the pic...but, it seems like it could be nicely cropped to feature the bowl patch on the uniform.

One thing is for sure, these threads make me really continually motivate me to keep chipping away so that one day I can be the one behind that camera.

Yep it is the FedEx Orange bowl, which was kind of funny I caught the truck there and I thought kind of made the image.

#2 is cropped a good amount but isn't really processed. I thought the framing was nice with the guy in the way, but I agree it would be better in plain view. I just liked the look on his face.

Hoping to have another go around at a bowl game next season.
