Not sure why this doesn't work, but it doesn't for me totally. Lovely looking girl, decent lilghting on the face....I think maybe the hat angle is just too savage and draws my eye or the vignettig on the background( PP is presume) is just a bit too much....

I think it would be a better composition without the hat.

I might consider reducing the size of the catchlights in the eyes.

I also would have been very happy to take such a wonderfully clean and bright photo.

I love the shot, but something kept distracting me. I wonder if it's the hat. Probably, I don't know but I still like the shot. You shoot some very nice looking models and you do a wonderful job at it.

The hat distracting because of the mismatch it doesn’t fit there(harsh texture material, color etc, etc), i bet that’s why it's B&W...other than that it's classic style front view head shot, the only thing her chin should be slightly lover...
