Another good addition to your factory series.
Given the opportunity, I'd prefer to see the man's face as he works (not looking at the camera, though).
Unrelated: Some of your shots seem tilted to the right, as this does (to me).
I do that a lot with my own photography because my head isn't on straight.
What's your reason?

Wow, what passes for a kitchen...(!)

For me this is a memorable photograph. I believe it will stand the test of time. Had I opened National Geographic and saw this it would have been appropriate.
