. . . doing? News reports showing some pretty incredible flood levels, damaged roads and stranded people. Any reports from our considerable PNW contingent?

It's wet here my friend and it can only get worse for those who lives in the low land area. Last night & early this morning, a section of I-5 was closed for few hours due to flood near FIFE. The snow collected on the mountain last few weeks, combine with the rain and warm temperature (50+F) can guarantee one thing:
more water=flood.

High and dry here in Sequim. After the snow and ice, we got abut 1 1/2 inches of rain, now a strong westerly is drying things out. The temps are starting to drop, and should help solidify the snow pack tonight. Been warm, and the Dungenes river here is running good, but not flooding. Serious whitecaps out in the Straits. Some roads closed out West of us towards the beaches and Cape Flattery. Bad weather, but not as much destruction as down South.

Saw a lot of destruction today people watching their homes get flooded. Cars flooded pass the hoods very sad.
I came across this spot technically it is not a good image but got me thinking Our Old Glory shine even in Hell N High Water.
I have a lot of images from today but pretty darn depressing
The good thing the rain has stopped and most of the rivers have crested.

We are above water here in Redmond, but the little Sammamish River behind work is getting pretty high. I know one of the guys from work lives in Duvall, and it's basically an island out there. The roads are closed going in and out.

Very wet in Snohomish, but the house is safe on high ground! It would be a real bummer if I couldn't get to work tomorrow...

Here is 1 more from today just to give a small sample of the amount of water the rivers are currently carrying. The house on the shoreline looks like stick compared to the ragging river
