Dave I do like the feel, the light, the motion of this shot. Well done. I'm not to sure about the crop, I'm not a big fan of 50/50 subject and reflection. To me I would like some more room up top and maybe less down at the bottom. |

Dave I compared the two images side by side and I like this second image better as it has definitely more punch. I still like the smooth feeling of the water in the first image better though, as here looks "harder" if you know what I mean. About the composition: it is a matter of personal interpretation, but I never hesitate to sacrifice a reflection for the goodness of the framing and composition, especially in close shots. In any case your PP rocks. |
