thanks for looking but it is not filters at all- it is a blur effect I am working on-
sort of a macabre effect- its for work on a book cover for horror and ghost children-

Not working for me, however try shooting this with something like vasaline on the lens or shoot through a piece of broken glass, just quick thoughts

Not working for me either. The blur looks like really bad jpeg artifact. Also, I can't really see these pictures as spooky or macabre in any way.

I think the children need to be doing something creepy or scary in the photos. The second one really doesn't fit at all, but still the effect doesn't do much for me either.

+1 I like the concept, but this just doesn't accomplish it IMO.

The only good thing I see about these are that they are unusual - nobody else has pics like this. Sorry, I don't see them in a posative way.
