Dude, I played around with Evan's for a bit (at our East Coast meetup), and that thing is pure amazingness. So much so, I've decided that I'm gonna sell my 5D and join the mile high club with you all. Have you played around with the Live view Zoom Focus thing? It's a freakin sweet camera. I was 90% convinced on getting the 1Dmk3... but now it looks like the 5DII will win afterall. |

For those who're in love and/or lust with the 5D2 and still don't have one (or just having a wet dream about it), may be we can form a Corporation and apply for a gov. bail out, eh? |

Spencer, If you haven't married them it's just a 3-way. I always thought you were kinda kinky. |

I shot my first engagment session with it yesterday. THE SCREEEEEEEEN!!! Worth the cost of admission IMO. I shot it Full RAW for my first go to weight things out. We had a 2 1/2 hour session. For 270 shots I was at 10 GIGS! Gonna do Jpeg on the next one and sRAW after that. I will find what \s' most comfortable for me. Will post soon. |

I'm still in love with my D700. For me its the off-center 51 pt AF tracking that really made the switch worth it. |

Yeah that LCD is the bomb. All the goodies of the 40D and ISO6400 to boot. SRAW1 is totally useful. Had to return mine due to error 20's though |
