Here is a wedding we shot a few months ago that I am finally getting to blogging.

I hope everyone had a great Holidays and New Year. This year flew by for us and I hope I remember this year

CC always appreciated.

Another kilted wedding for us. Rained all day making it challenging but I think it really helped a few of the shots. More in a second post next week on the blog

Really nice images! Groom looks a bit like Gerard Butler from the movie 300.

Lovely pictures, but not one clear shot of the brides face?

Your images always have an expensive look to them.

Dude... that groom looks like the Gen. Leonidas from 300. Nice work!

Dang, you beat me to it! I know 300 is one of Andy's favorite movies and has inspired some of his PP. I'm still trying to come up with a "300" action for PS - but I suck at PS...
Thanks for sharing Andy!

+1
Too bad someone doesn't sell a Photoshop action for that.

Love the set, my only nitpick is the lack of emotion in some of the images, the groom has that look as if after the wedding he has to go fight the Persians at Thermopylae.

Of course, it could have just been his personality and I'm sure the couple loved the shots.

Good job!

These are very good. 2,6,8 and 14 are my favourites but I like all the others too. Lovely vibrant colours against a gorgeous backdrop.

Love the set.
Pity about the shadow on the face in #7.

Thank you all for your comments!

merv- ya you would think I would learn

Matt B- He is ex military I was lucky to get a smile He did smile a lot he is really in love with that girl. I just chose more epic shots to show.

Steve- Thanks for checking them out you are right 300 is one of my favorite movies. 300 type looks never seem to work with an action. 90 percent of that look I have found is the lighting.

Daniel- I really love garden of the gods as well. We have a few rock structures here roxbourough park and red rocks also have that cool look. Are you in colorado?

Sam- That is a most interesting comment? Had to stop and think about that I have never had anyone say that to me. "Your images always have an expensive look to them." That is a huge compliment. I would love to hear what makes them look expensive.

Jonathon H- We have lots of nice portraits of the bride. I just showed the photo's that I was the most drawn to.

Dang. PP and lighting work is just awesome. You have a look that is very unique and distinct, love it. So sharp, great style, keep rocking it up.
