Thanks Ethan. Pretty easy to do with one of GIMP's built in brushes. Don't know what inspired me, but I've done several of these today, so I thought I would do one of myself too. lol

What I do is use one of GIMPs cool channel features to select the lights of my image (that I loosely extracted; no need for accuracy for this technique). I then do a stroke selection and fill in blank areas with the brush as well. I then copy a desat of my loose extract set to Burn and adjust opacity to taste. Pretty simple and also fun (or I wouldn't have done so many of them today; lol).
