Hmmmm ... I have a regular questionaire that is meant primarily just to help me figure out all the whos, whats, wheres, whens, and whys. Actually got it from another photographer.

But are you asking more about personality things? Like trying to determine the best e-session location? Figuring out personality? etc.? I have a long list of questions I just asked one of my clients -- wouldn't recommend it as a regular list, but I'm paring it down.
