Hey all, i was wondering if there are any tutorials around, or if anyone out there in fred land can give me some tips on reducing sky pixelation. i think it is resulting from a cheap crappy ND- grad filter i was using (which i'll never use again). Here's a couple of recent edits i'd like to share. Thanks for looking.


#1- South Dakota Route 44 sunrise over the Badlands Wall. - 2 exposures, 1 for ground, 1 for sky belnded in photomatix.

#2- Burns Basin Overlook, Badlands National Park sometime around sunset. - 5 exposures blended.

Just took a crop at 1:1, I'm guessing the artifacts are a result of a POC coating on the filter. I do not think it looks like a pixelation issue.

Do you have any you can run a comparison against without the filter?
