I like #1 - might crop a bit from the left.

We have "Reecie", who could be Chloe's evil twin if her look and the mangled box side reflect her general intolerance for nonsense.

1 is a bit soft and the the material behind the head is distracting. It would be better if the cat's eyes were looking at you. Failing the eyes on you, leave more space in front of where she is looking

2 is also a bit soft and the background sides and door and floor is not attactive. More bokeh and dloser in woudl be better. It has bothersome flash shadow behind. I suggest closer in, lower fstop, and move the flash way up or get a reflector.

3 soft and centred. you should crop and leave room where she is looking.
