c'mon, is this place too good to be true and are they selling chinese knockoffs? that 50D outfit is the only one i found so far that said full usa warranty in the description and i couldnt find anywhere in the warranty and guarantee buyer guide section on the left that said anything about the manufacturer's warranty. most places will say that if there is a problem within a certain number of days, say 30, return it and they will take care of it for you, after that 30 days, you must deal with the manufacturer. everything is with them, so it leads me to believe that they dont even want you to let the manufacturer know because it may be imitation products.

if anyone has had any dealings with and/or knows anything about this company, please let me know. heck, i may wait and see if he buys his camera from them and then buy my 50D from them.

Probably, a bait and switch place...where your battery and charger will cost you $300.00 and if you want the box it is another $150.00.....and so forth...if you say no just the camera...they will transfer you to someone that will call you a cheat...and then tell you, how much of a low-life you are...for trying to steal from them...and then refund your money...however, when they refund it, for some reason..other charges will happen that you did not initiate...

I bet you the shop is in New York somewhere.....tell your friend that you set your price by what you bought it for...and if he feels it is not right...then have him purchase it from the other party and sell your stuff on here..

My second-favorite type of thread. Please, when the camera arrives, post some telephoto shots of angled rulers, in a dimly-lighted room, and tell us how "soft" all your images are. You definitely want the 1DsIII, btw, as it's the real steal here.
