I was able to get away for another evening at the beach for a little photography :-) and lucked out with another colorful sunset. I am still trying to shake the cobwebs out a little bit, but had a great time and it’s always fun to run back and forth with the tide, trying to set up a shot and not have the tripod vibrate when sinking in the sand in the middle of the exposure or get soaked when the tide comes back… of course both happened more than a few times ![]() ![]() As always, all comments and suggestions are very appreciated! |

Terrific pair, Lance. Love the differing water actions in both of them, and the sky in the 2nd, especially is to die for. |

That first one is really nice. The soft colors in the sky are very nice and the falling wave looks great. Good work. |

Excellent job Lance! I have been wanting to get down onto Indian for a while now, but it seems I get hung up at Cannon for the few days I am usually down for. A quick question about access to Indian Beach. Do you take the trail down from the main parking lot at Ecola or is there a quicker route down. How many minutes does it take you to get down or back up in the dark. Thanks in advance. |

Awesome! The first image already is a stunner, but the second blew me away! Great work here. As usual, I'd really like to know which white balance you've used? Thanks. |

Lance. I know that sinking feeling on the Oregon coast so well. Lovely sunsets and well taken. I agree that I would like to see them darker. |

What else can I say, both are great but I do prefer the second one, maybe because it's wider. |

Both are wonderful images. The second is awesome. The movement of the water really draws you into the scene. Well done. |
